Unsatisfactory service of Samsung S3 Cell phone

I would just like to place on record the horrible service and bad attitude that I am receiving from A gentleman by the name of Bradley Chetty at the Samsung Service centre
When my phone was taken initially to Samsung in Brooklyn they referred me to USER ELECTRONICS as they claimed that they was an official repair centre for SAMSUNG.
USER ELECTRONICS booked my phone in and sent the phone to Samsung SA for an assessment.
On assessment of the unit they sent me an SMS quoting me R2200 for the repair of the phone as the phone had been accidentally dropped.
I accepted the very exorbitant quote as I acknowledged that the phone had been dropped.
I was told that the repair would have a 3 month warranty and that is the reason for me making payment of R2200 into their account.
When I collected the unit from USER ELECTRONICS 2 weeks later I found that when I dialled out the opposite party could not hear me. USER ELECREONICS re-booked the phone in and again quoted me another R1500.
When I enquired why another amount they passed the buck to Bradley who now tells me that due to the drop of the Handset previously this problem arised after the repair.
Why was I not told this before - DISGUSTING!!!
