We contracted Trudzani registerd as Gaufleet Rentals Pty Ltd in February 2023 to rent trucks from his company.
After the MD of the company - Mr Rudzani Tshikosi collected the sum of R 190, 000. 00 from us, he came up with lots of stories about how the trucks had an accident and how the driver died and how he needed for us to give him 2 weeks and he would give us the trucks.
2 weeks turned to 2 months, and we are now in perpetual wait. It is now May, 2023 and we are yet to get a refund as there is no truck to give to us. the refund policy also says 21 days, but this is now three months and we are not able to collect our money back from Trudzani - Gaufleet Rentals (Pty) Ltd
