I had the very unfortunate experience of my Samsung Galaxy S3 LCD cracking. I didn't drop it, I didn't bump it - it just cracked. After a lot of effort, I was told to take my phone to a company called User Electronics for assessment. The assessment was done on 18 May at User Electronics. The assessment clearly indicated that there was no other damage to my phone - barring the cracked LCD. I got a reference number 4134094202, and the information sent to Bradley Chetty. Bradley responded that cracked LCD were not covered under warranty. I tried telling Bradley that due diligence was shown on my part in taking the phone to the service center and at the very least my phone should be checked for a faulty product.
It has since been a battle of trying to contact Bradly-and Bradley not responding. Escalating the service center call 7112005009, and being cut off by Bradley. Almost a month later-and I can only say my experience with Samsung has been terrible. Bradley is nearly impossible to get hold of, does not provide assistance, and very little to no feedback, and is stuck on one line "Claim from your insurance" I will not claim from my insurance where I did nothing to cause damage
