Bad service received from Samsung: HDMI ports

I called the Samsung CC to report the faulty HDMI ports of my HW-E5500/XA home theater system. I was advised to send it to MM ALL in Woodmead for repairs. I took it in, the got a call the same day, telling me the issue is resolved.. collected the system, tested the system at home, and it still had the same problem. Took it back to MM ALL. A week later, i collected the system and they told me they changed the main-board, got home, tested it, and still, HDMI ports aren't working. I called the CC, and i was advised to take it to Advanced Electronic for a second opinion.. Later on the day, AE called to inform me that the board was water damaged.

I called the CC again, asking them how is it possible that the board is water damaged whereas MM ALL just changed it, and it hasn't worked since. The issue was escalated to Sylvester at the CC. It's always a mission to get hold of him, he always promises to call back and he doesn't. He wanted me to take it back to MM ALL, & i couldn.

I now have a problem on the bad service received from Samsung. Now with almost all my appliances including the phone, tablet, the TV, home-theater, i'm starting to feel like i made a mistake.. REF:7111819594.
