What must I do

Hi on the 20/1/2014 I bought a LG 9.1 home theater system from Dion wired centurion. I received it on the 23 Jan. on the 30 Jan I went to Dion. because a button already fell off the remote and if I play DSTV using HDMI input the speakers randomly "pop" if I use optical it will only do it one in a while. They suggested I call LG so the can come out and test. I called LG on 31 Jan (Ref no: RNE140131060825). I received a call today saying a guy want to come today. I said I can be there in the morning or later after noon as I live in Randburg and work in centurion. he said the earliest they can get to someone is about 10:30 and they knock off at 4. It is impossible for me to be there during those times. He said I must bring the system to the dealer to get sent in. It ill get damaged if I try fit them in my car. WHAT MUST I DO?
