Samsung after sale service

I bought a Samsung printer about 2 years ago, 6weeks ago it broke so I phone Samsung to find out where i could get it repaired. Eventually took the printer to my local computer guys in Fish Hoek, because they deal with the 'samsung agents' directly. It was sent off the week prior to Easter weekend. Needless to say the 'agents' are still waiting for Samsung to give them a quote on the repaired part! Being happy with my printer thus far I did not want to go out and buy a new one. But after 6 weeks of driving to a printing shop everyday to do scans and copies for my business and the cost thereof I have now instructed the agent to send my printer back - still broken, and i'm paying for the cost of that as well! I find it hard to believe that it could take 6-7weeks to give a agent a quote on a part! Really disappointed!
