WE BOUGHT MY MOTHER A JENOME MACHINE AND OVERLOCKER A WHILE BACK WHEN TE MACHINE WENT INTO THE FIRST MONTH SERVICE THEY LOST THE BUTTON WHOLE FOOT. IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO REPLACE. NOW AFTER MY MOM HAD A STROKE, AND YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME TRIED TO DO A BUTTON HOLE THI FOOT IS NOT RIGHT???
HOW ON EARTH DO YOU PEOPLE ACTUALLY REPLACE SOMETHIG THAT IS INCORRECT. SHOUD I NOT HAVE THE CORRECT FOOT BY THE END OF THE WEEK YOU WILL REPLACE THE FULL MACHINE. I WILL AFTER THIS WEEKEND LOG A COMPLAINT WITH THE CORRECT AUTHOROTIES.
