Mnet is changing the frequency so after lots of frustration with bad service, Jerome from WF Digital arrived and sorted out my decoders. He went out of his way to sort out my two decoders, even phoning the next day to make sure that my son's (who is deaf) decoder is sorted out. Thanks Jerome, your boss can be proud of you as you will ensure that I will use WF Digital in the future.
