Cash not refunded

Hi

i purchased an item, it was damaged and 2nd hand by the looks of it, I then returned it and for over a month im still awaiting for my cash to be refunded, i called enough times and iv been ignored...

The glen is the worst branch as this is not the only thing to go wrong... there attitude toward helping clients... they were not helpful when it came to getting stock form other branches ether...
