I placed an order for a lens cap for a Sony A 290 camera 5 weeks ago, I was promised a call as soon as the unit arrived
I have called regularly over the last 4 weeks to enquire of any progress, I was finally told yesterday that the item was in stock and that I could collect
I drove from Alrode to the Glen only to find out some 20 minutes later that the lens cap was not the correct size
Apart from the cost of fuel, I also had to pay R 6.00 for parking
I have dealt with this branch for a few years and have yet to receive anything resembling service
I was told that the correct lens cap would be delivered to me today, fat chance of that happening
Cats, it is time to wake up and take note of the customers you are off and then doing something about it
