Having bought a product from Cats Digital I didn't get the support from the Manufacturer. Gracious, Allen & Calvin assisted me more than the manaufacturers themselves with outstanding service & feedback. Although they did not know much about the product they researched whatver they could and got back to me in a totally timely manner. Unfortunately the product had to be returned. Allen arranged my refund in good time. I didn't even have to stress about following up with him. Having bought alot of goods from Cats Digital I will continue supporting this store due to the great attitudes and totally awesome service. Thanks you Cats Digital at the Glen Shopping Centre. Two thumbs up for you guys!!!
