Bad service and false advertising

We ordered a product from Cats Digital express on-line as their prices were the cheapest and they had stock available, well so we thought! After placing our order and paying in full (which you have to do to order) we received an email thanking us for our purchase and it will be available in 3 working days. Sadly 3 days came & went with no follow up from Cats Digital. After emailing Kyle, who to this day has not replied, my husband got a bit impatient (day 5) and phoned them, after back and forward calls with no real answers from Tebogo (day 7) we were finally informed that they do not have this product but there is a better model available of which we would have to pay in for, the lower model (which we would settle for) price has gone up and would also have to pay in for (complete breach of the consumer protection act: False advertising and failure to deliver on goods purchased). By day 10 of no assistance and answers we requested a refund.By day 13 we had to follow up on our refund only to be told it has not been processed yet, eventually by day 17 our refund was processed! Terrible service, poor communication and selling products they dont have!!! Dont buy from Cats Digital
