No cash in tills

I bought a couple dresses from YDE&after1of them broke after1wear I decided to return all of them, I think YDE has rubbish quality especially for the price you pay! I went to the waterfront to do the return&was told they didn't have enough cash in the tills (R2800)&they would call when they had the cash available.there was no call&i returned the next day to be told the same thing, the staff then refunded me for 2of the dresses, I was told to go to other branches, but I refused to drive around the whole of cpt trying to get my money back. I live overseas&was in cpt on holiday, not how I want to spend my holiday.it was then agreed that I would leave the dresses there&once there was enough cash one of the ladies would deposit the money into my account.so not only did i not have my money, i didn't have the dresses either. I was then told none of the other branches in cpt had enough cash for me anyway. I also told the lady that I pay a cash deposit fee which she then assured me would be paid by them, which of course it wasn't. I received my money but had a R30 fee to pay for it, so not only did i have to run around chasing my money, but had to pay to get it back. YDE this is!!!
