I purchased a Samsung Plasma TV in November 2012. Less than two months later it developed a fault. I was advised by the Sandton branch to contact Samsung. They arranged to have to unit collected from my premises and taken to a repair centre. Repair centre determined that the TV could not be fixed. Samsung referred me back to Cats Digital to arrange an exchange. Cats Digital messed around and buggered up the paperwork but eventually the in-store Samsung rep sorted it out for me. Cats Digital then promised that a new tv would be delivered to me on Friday. No TV. Was promised it on Saturday. No TV. Now apparently it is the repair centre's job to supply the new unit! They are "out of stock" and nobody knows when I will get the TV. Cats has refused to take any responsibility for their TV at any point and have to me about the procedure and the progress of my replacement TV from the start. Disgusting company. Never buy anything from them!
