My mother bought a Samsung pocket for my daughter for her 9th Birthday in April at CNA, Port Elizabeth, the phone was activated in store and my mother switched off kept till the 18th May when my daughter received the phone the touch screen was not working. I took the phone to CNA and was advised to take the phone to online cellular in Newton street Newton park, as they are the authorised repairers. I took the phone in on 23 May 2013 and up to today I have not heard anything. I went in to the shop on the 30th and was advised that they are waiting for a new touch screen. I phoned on the 5/06/2013 was advised that by Friday I would have the phone. This is the 2nd time I am receiving this type of service from Samsung repairers. The 1st time it took 4 months to finalize. I am really not impressed with Samsung and how I ended up with 2 faulty phones. To think I was so excited about the Samsung S 4 and was planning to get one in August I guess not. I have so many Samsung aplliances even the Tablet I am typing on is from Samsung. Just imagine how disappointed my daughter must feel considering this was a birthday present. I don't even receive an sms to tell me the progress of the repairs
