After my Tab 10.2 was blacklisted by Samsung, whatever reason, apparently a bad batch, nothing to do with account not paid or anything on my part. I battled for 3 months to get a REPLACEMENT device. Then they wanted the box back. I explained I moved house and it got lost in the process, I replaced my cables, but that wasn't good enough. I suggested they send me a replacement device and after back and forth phone calls, two weeks down the line, my time, my petrol and a lot of bull - they still didn't confirm a replacement device. I will NEVER promote SAMSUNG or any of their devices ever again - and be careful, THEIR mistakes becomes your, the consumer's problem. SAMSUNG must NOT promise with such bad customer service.
