Poor service

We have been struggeling from December 2012 to get parts for a Cherry QQ3, everytime there is an excuse, in january I took my car for a service and they did't check the problems I asked them to, so I had to take my car back, also they replaces wipers blades and said the ones I had on was old, and we replaced them the week before so they were still pretty much very new!! Everytime we call for the parts about the other cherry, they have excuses, then their driver is stuck in traffic, if you phone the netx day, the parts isn't there, but the previous day they said the driver picked it up but is in traffic, the thermostats we bought, none of them work, we bought 4, none worked, so we went back, bought another one and had them test it in hot water, also, didn't work, so they sell parts that doesn't even work, the orders new ones, again, its not working, abd they told us they tested it, if the parts eventually arrive, its the wrong parts, and again we have to wait so they can order again... It's been 4 months, and still we wait for the manager to call us back about all the complaints we put in, we called the call centre and haven't heard back from them either! This is the WORST service!
