Horrible Service - No ETA on parts

I ordered parts from CMH Waterworld on 17th of January. I was told parts will be here in 2 to 3 weeks. Its is now the 20th of Feb and after numerous calls and messages no one will either call me back or tell me when I will receive my parts. Everytime I get the same story "there are some boxes in the back they haven't opened yet, they will check and call me back " and nothing no call or reply to mails... If I knew their service was going to be so bad I would have ordered the parts from over seas myself.
