The screen started flashing in February 2013 after the purchase on 30/09/2013, making it impossible to watch. I was informed that I had to take the TV for an assessment and repair to TM Electronics Springfield. Rebecca from Samsung later informed me that I only had to get an assessment done and in terms of Samsung policy would be entitled to a new unit. TM Electronics never informed me of the policy and I was under the impression that I had to wait for the repair. I received a replacement Samsung TV from Hi-Fi Corporation on 27 February 2013. On 1 March 2013, we have noticed black lines running through the replacement TV's screen, affecting the quality. We did not want to go through the entire process again and Hi-Fi Corporation gave us a credit for the products. We had to buy more expensive replacement products and would not have bought the products if we knew there was something wrong with the quality. Despite lodging a complaint with Samsung, there has been no feedback on the reasons why both TV's were faulty. I would not recommend the product at all.
