I bought a brand new Samsung dishwasher in April that broke about a month later (about the end of May). I understand that this can happen and wasn't particularly concerned. I duly called the Samsung call center for a repair and the technician arrived a few days later. So far so good I thought. He inspected the machine and said that there was a burst inlet pipe, but he didn't have the part and would need to come back.
That was last time I heard from Samsung. Between my wife and I we have called the call center numerous times, been pushed between departments, hung up on, waited on hold, and promised to be called and nothing has happened. Once, during this whole time, someone called and left a voicemail, saying they were still trying to find out the part number. Really? Nearly 2 months later, and its still an useless metal box that taunts me every time I go into the kitchen!
The call center won't let you speak to a supervisor and they NEVER CALL BACK!!
The worst part is that during this time my father had the exact same problem with his Defy dishwasher, and it got fixed in less than a week.
