On 24 May 2013 I went to the Fast Forward Store in Fourways Mall, the technician was sitting idle and when I asked him to help me with my itunes he said I needed to make an appointment, they had converted to a booking system and could only help if I had an appointment. This is gonna destroy the store's great service reputation, to be turned back for not having an appointment by a technician sitting idle, am still in shock. I guess this is reason for me to go to their competitor, cause their after sales service. They could learn a thing or two from samsung, their fast forward is non existent.
