My Samsung Washing Machine is almost 11 months old, bought it brand new, still well within Warranty. It refuses to pump the water out. Called the Warranty Centre 5 DAYS ago; they said they'd contact me within 2 working days (which was yesterday). Called them again now. They sound completely incompetent to deal with anything responsible and have a terribly condescending and laid-back way of speaking to customers; they don't understand the urgency of the problem and quite frankly it doesn't sound like they even give a continental. Apparently their Internet lines are down (?) which is the reason they could not contact me??? Now all I can do is WAIT for them to call me back... if that ever happens... Think twice before buying a Samsung Washing Machine!
