So you would think that the Samsung Washing machine / Tumble dryer combo is a great invention. Maybe it is - however, I bought this product in January 2013 and in the ten months that I've had it, the heater has blown twice!! This is so frustrating! So much that I would love to give Samsung their machine back in return for the money I have spent on it!!!
Getting someone to come and repair the machine is not easy either! And they cannot help you over weekends, therefore I have to take time off work so that the machine that I bought - with the intention of it actually working - could get repaired. Twice in 10 months?? It has a 20 year warranty - does this mean that they will have to come and fix this machine 40 times before the warranty expires?
Very VERY disappointed with my decision to purchase this product!!
