Poor Customer Service @ autorised repair centre

The most recent microwave delivered to Cape Town Electronics (LG Electronics's authorised repair centre in Cape Town) is the second faulty LG microwave that I have purchased. The first began making knocking noises when using the microwave in non-convective mode. The unit in question was repaired because it over-heats when using the convection feature and burning the top surface of the microwave. I understand a patch of insulation was put in above the heating element to keep it from happening again. The outer cover was changed out as well which is when I believe the damaged to the front door was incurred.
I will also note that the unit does not heat to the temperature set using the dial. We have a digital oven thermometer which we've used to ascertain that very fact.

And now that we have noticed the crack on the door after unwrapping the item LG Electronics and Cape Town Electronics refuses to take ownership of the mishandling of the product while in their possession and offer for it to be fixed.
