Debit order cancellation

I have a contract (MCCEA01415) that I have been trying to cancel with them without luck. I have writing & called the service centre several times and received confirmation that the debit order will be cancelled but this continues. I have made stop payment with my bank which lasted 3 months but thereafter the Master Care still continued to effect the debit without enquiring about the previous months that they could not get the money.
