I went to get photographs printed on Sunday 5th May, my till slip time stamo states 12.37 and I was told by Imraan that my photo's would be ready in half an hour, what he didn't tell me is that they close at 1.00pm! When I went to collect them around 1.30pm, after I had done some shopping we off course found the shop closed, very annoying to say the least. I eventually collected my photo's today and confronted Imraan as to why he couldn't have mentioned that they close at 1.00pm. I was told by him that "It's obvious and I never asked" I cannot believe the cheek and rudeness of this person. His tone and manner are disgusting, I am still shocked as to how I was spoken to whilst he leant against the counter and attampted to look cool with his co-workers, why should I be made to feel like an, what the has happened to customer service, shame on you, I hope you are proud of yourself.
