On Monday 27 January 2013 I purchased 6 tickets online on the website [URL Removed] for quarter final game for Soath Africa vs Mali at Moses Mabhida on 02 February 2013. After struggling from 08:00 am the tickets went through at around 13:00 payment went through my credit card (I received confirmation from my bank but did not get any from eqtickets).
Thinking that they have been purchased I went to Spar in Westville on the 28 January 2013 after standing in a long queue the cashier said they could not trace anything with my id number and cell number, the supervisor from spar spoke to Trish from eqtickets who said I did not get the tickets they had a system they supposedly had a system error which caused them to deduct my money and they will refund me.
This is unacceptable, I have already made plans for the game the other tickets are for people coming from Johannesburg they have already booked return flights to Durban and accommodation. I don't need a refund I want my tickets not a refund, they took the money its not my fault its their system problem, please advise where I can get my tickets which I have already paid for. Please respond asap.
