I received a tel marketing product (Airtime) on my prepaid line from Elite Mobile as a vendor under Vodacom in 2010-06-21. When I wanted to upgrade my phone in 2012 Vodacom told me that I needed permission from Comit Technologies before I am allowed to upgrade or cancel my account. My contract was supposed to expire in June 2012 but my contract mysteriously without my consent been illegally registered and renewed and monies have diligently been taken from my account! What is worse is I haven't been receiving my prepaid on my phone every month! Some months they don't even credit my phone account and other months I only get half of the credits! Plus to top that all if I don't use the prepaid amount by the end of that specific amount they just clear my account and make it!! I'm sick and tired of paying for something that I'm not using!
