I requested a refund of a deposit paid for a course and it is now almost 3 months later and i am still waiting for it despite ALL documentation, requested by Unisa, being sent timely and on multiple occasions. I have received minimal correspondence from Unisa despite numerous attempts and requests. The new email system is pathetic as replies from them is virtually non existent and frustrating. I received 2 emails from Olebogeng Mokgethi ever since my first request 3months ago and still NOTHING has been done. This is very poor service on Unisa's part and i hope this complaint doesnt fall on deaf ears, like my emails seem to have done!
