In Jan 2011 i got a bursary from UNISA. i waited a month for my study material. i had to buy /- R2000 worth of extra handbooks to do the course. one month later was the exams, which i went on and wrote. after i wrote my exams, i requested my results, to which i was told i will not get it until i pay /- R3000. now a week ago i get a call from ITC Business Admin, stating i owe Unisa money for the bursary they gave me in 2011. i never heard a word from UNISA in over 2 years. now i get this enpleasant call. and i never even got to use the bursary, as they denied me to finish my studies. i want an answer. I spoke To Carla Lourens and Nozuko at Parow branch, and both says they can't help me or tell me what went wrong. No one at UNISA seems to know why i was never informed about the situation, or why i wasnt told before time that i need to pay in R3000 on my bursary. this is once again pathetic service.
