The university is impossible to reach in the first instance!! They had credited my account by stating that I have a loan with them, while I do not... My bursary thus did not pay my study fees. A week before my final exams I get a letter indicating that I owe them study fees. Now that I am trying to solve the problem with the Bursary I cannot get cold of the University to send me a Statement in order for my Bursary to pay them.
I have sent emails and phoned with no success. the Read receipts on the emails of a week ago have not even come in.
They are pathetic
