Thank you Unisa for the following concerning the EDPHOD8 course:
- Sending me a study letter with information about the "coming" exams which I receive two days AFTER the
exams.
- Returning assignment 1 to me with absolutely NONE of the promised comments. Yes - absolutely NO
feedback, even though it was promised in the study guide. I wonder why I had to make space in the
margins for that in the first place.
This is just one of many frustrations I have experienced with Unisa. I tried to deregister and get my money back in January before my studies had even started. Most universities allows this. When I studied at TUKS they gave your money back if you discontinued a subject before a certain time. Do you think Unisa does the same? Think again!
All I can do is to try and save anyone out there the same frustration: DO NOT REGISTER AT UNISA!
