BAD SERVICE DELIVERY FROM UNISA

BAD SERVICE DELIVERY FROM A WORLD RENOWNED TERTIARY INSTITUTION- UNISA
After fighting for two months with UNISA, this distance learning education institution, is nothing but a disgrace! I've applied for a bursary for the first time in doing Honors in Biblical Archaeology. I wanted to know before hand whether I could get a bursary but because they remain silence on the matter I wanted to find out what was the problem. I have tried numerous times to get a hold of someone from UNISA to help me with registration/assistance for my post-graduate studies. What you get what you see... NO replies to emails, NO replies via sms's and NO replies via phones, and when you on the phone, it rings all the time and when eventually get an answer, the person is either off sick, on tea break, on lunch or not available at present. I went and stood in long queues at the UNISA offices for hours before walking away tired and frustrated. Even the complaint department and the disability department have refused to answer my emails. No offer of apologies whatsoever!

i am deaf and visually impaired where I need assistance from UNISA. But unfortunately UNISA does not support people with disabilities.
