I recently had to submit my second assignment for my subject MND204-T and upon accessing myUnisa noticed that my first assignment due on the 12th of March which I submitted on this date at 16h04 did not reflect. On the 10th of April due date for second assignment, I made a point of submitting both assignments. I then emailed Unisa on [email protected] regarding this matter as I won't be allowed access to my exam should the first assignment not be recognised.
The response I get from unisa are useless and unhelpful. No one has indicated that I will be allowed to write my exam and no one response effectively. The worst part is that they have no call centre for urgent matters and response time is useless even if you get a response. I even sent a sms to the number provided last week and have yet to get a response. I am paying a lot of money to further my studies and feel that the lack of service provided to students is unacceptable. Not every one can take off work to have to go in centre's to rectify situations like this. I would never recommend anyone to study with Unisa because of their lack of student support.
