I've got a huge problem, I got a study bursary from Multichoice last year a certain amount was paid to Unisa but I didn't receive my study material. I kept on sending emails to Unisa and I eventually got a response, on the response I was told that I'll be registered for the second semester and my study material will be sent.months went past I still didn't receive anything. I went on maternity leave in june so I couldn't really follow up on the matter.the problem is that now Multichoice is taking money from my salary because someone at Unisa told them that they can't refund them. I do not understand why if I didn't get my end of the bargain.all I want now is for Unisa to refund me the money so that Multichoice can be paid because I didn't study with them all I did was to register and pay and I feel it's unfair for me to pay for servives that weren't rendered to me.
