I am extremely dissapointed in UNISA. Because of two or three people that have no idea how to do their job everyone else gets a bad name. Prof. L Rafapa (chair of department of english studies) really needs to learn how to run his department and maybe UNISA will not end up on Carte Blanche. I am wrighting my exams for ENN103F in less than a month and yet I have not received my assignment results that has been in for about two months now. No tutorial letters has been sent out yet. The worst of all is that most students has been complaining on myunisa for weeks and no person from this department has gotten back to any of us yet. Without our results we will not be allowed to write exams thus we have waisted thousands or rands for absolutely nothing. I want no excuses or. I, no sorry, all of us (all yor students) want our results...
