UNISA Incompetent and unwilling account staff

My 2012 UNISA account was R45.00 in credit. I then wrote 3 exams over January and February 2013 and went to check my results a month later only to be confronted with a message for outstanding fees. I then checked my account which had been clear of any charges in 2012 and now had three amounts added for reinstatement of 3 modules on the dates of those exams. I then requested the finance department to send me an account of these charges and motivation for reinstatement as there was nothing outstanding. I am still waiting for any sort of response from 28th February 2013 as they are holding my results ransom and trying to extort money.
