My daughter was refused entry into the howard campus parking lot on friday the 05/04 and she parked outside in full view of the guard house. when she was ready to leave she finds that her car has been . the guards tell her to get a case no and return to view the footage. when she did that she was told that she will be able to view the footage on monday. on, Monday she gets told that the footage has been DELETED!
i call the head of security who promises to call me back three times during this week and i eventually send a mail to Malcom Stille who tells me that the car was from outside the gates so i need to go back to the SAPS and voice my concerns. There seems to be a hot spot there where the students cars gets and nothing is being done even though there seems to be a trend?
the varsity employees are very unhelpful and pass the buck.
