I paid the full amount of my course on the 22nd of May 2013 (more than a month ago). when i log onto the intranet to view my exam results if shows that my fees are not up to date and therefore I wont be able to view my result. I have only realized this late Friday AFTERNOON, and because of this I will only be able to solve this unnecessarily problem by the earliest Monday. this is the first and last time that I will ever make use of the services (education) provided by UKZN!! This is disgusting and unacceptable.
Never in my life have I seen an establishment as disorganized as UKZN Westville campus. what an absolute disgrace!
