Thanks to Dean for always being on the ball and so efficient. Dean called me back today within 2 minutes of me sending him an e-mail enquiry. He always responds to my e-mails with either a call or a mail back, often I miss his calls and he then e-mails straight away. Today was particularly prompt though! All my questions are answered in detail, he is incredibly helpful and polite. College SA gets my thumbs up in this area, thanks to Dean.
