I went to Westgate Shopping Mall on Friday afternoon, after shopping my wife accidentally puts her phone on top of the car to put the baby in the car, we reversed & drove off, there was no other car that parked on the bay we occupied. After a few minutes, we realized that the phone is missing & we went back to the Mall, I told the car guard that we dropped a phone on the parking & he said he didn't see it. I demanded to see the camera footage on Friday & was told that they were busy with another customer. I was told to wait, then later they told me to come view it the following day. I went back on Saturday morning & was told a whole lot of excuses. 1stly they told me that I am not sure that I dropped it at the Mall, then 2ndly they said a phone is too small to be viewed on the footage, then 3rdly they are doing me a favour to view the footage. Then they said the system is down I can't view it. I went on Sunday, the footage shows the car wash going to our bay after we left picks up something then he goes to the car guard. They chat a while & he goes & comes back to the car guard again, The security at the footage argue that it is not clear wat he is picking up, so there is NO case
