I am so tired of not getting any response to my emails, at least when there was a call centre you could talk to someone immediately, but now with the email system you either have to do what I am doing now and complain on a public forum or send tons of nasty emails to eventually get a response! I had such issues in the beginning of the year, and now I am stuck again with an issue which I'm not getting a response to! I cant log into myunisa and I've even changed the password and I cant even log in with the computer generated password, now, I have to submit assignments ASAP but cant because I cant log on!! I don't live in SA, so I cant just pop into a unisa branch and drop off my assignments and the postal service is too unreliable! So I hope that this report will actually get me a response!!!
