After sending numerous emails to Unisa I have not received ANY response!!! This is frustrating behond words and what's worse-their telephone lines aren't working, so email unfortunately is the only communication. This is not the type of service one expects from an international university, and they are certainly not sending the most positive image out to future students.
Unisa employees need to start doing the work that they are getting paid for, because at the moment it's scary to think that our educational future within their hands.
