I have requested that my exam paper be supplied to me, I filled in a form and paid the money to receive my exam script but have not received any response from UNISA to indicate when I will receive my exam. I have been sending emails requesting a response and still no one cares to respond.
I have also requested that my exam be rechecked as I am not happy with my mark, again I requested the form to fill in and what procedure to follow. Again i am not receiving any response from UNISA.
Both these requests were submitted on 22 March 2013, and there was a deadline of end of March 2013 to submit these form and requests. Thus i have missed the deadline due to UNISA incompetence and non response.
I feel there is a lack of care in UNISA for their students as no one can get hold of people in UNISA most of the times. This is very frustrating being unable to talk to anyone and only having the option of email, which on one responds to.
