Poor service regarding refund

2 weeks ago, I made an enrolment by the internet for LEG 100. when I contacted Milpark and spoke to Vuyo, he advised that the enrolment will be done in a week. this did not happen. I then contacted Patricia from Milpark< Johannesburg and asked her for a refund. she told me that she will send a request for refund form via email. I gave her my email address and fax number. I also tried calling her and there was no response from her. Her last response via email saying that I must go onto the Milpark website and download it myself. My money is now in Milparks bank account gaining interest.
