I am a student at UNISA, who applied for a postgrad for 2014, online application. I have recieved SMS confirmation my application has been received and will be assessed. No ref number and no response from 5 emails and unknow number of phone calls,
UNISA is useless! I would think after dragging their name through the mud on Carte Blanche they would catch a wake up, turns out they doing the opposite.
For a country relying on educational growth and after paying close to R100 000 in fees and getting no service all I can say is UNISA you are letting us down! and standing in not only mine but thousands of other students right to education!
