UNISA claims to have done away with their call centre to improve interaction with students. NONSENSE! Been trying to get a quote for my degree modules for 2013 as needed for my study loan. Registrations close 25 Jan '13 - Still no quote or ANY type of response from UNISA. Very frustrating and plain ridiculous!
