Horrific Service

My Fiance has been booked for her C# Course for 2 - 8 April 2013.She arrived at CTU and nothing was prepared. The Trainer has been trying all morning to try and DOWNLOAD updates to allow her to start her coarse. Around 11:30am he advised her to perhaps rather go and fetch her own laptop as the updates and installation will take all day. I physically went to the branch to speak to Natalie, who was not there? I insisted that she come through to the branch as I would like to speak to her face to face-she was not prepared to! I ended up speaking to her on the phone and was told that they made SPECIAL arrangements for a one on one and they should have charged us DOUBLE. I did not request a one on one. There was another student who was to attend, but apparently didnt pitch or didnt pay? So by Natalie saying they made special arrangements for a one on one is not true! Myself and my Fiance requested for this time back that they have wasted, and she said no. Only if my fiance doesnt feel ready by the END of the coarse!? We paid for 5 days, nothing less!! I would either like to reimbursed of this day, or get the coarse extended! If there is no resolution, I will go to social networks and newspapers
