I enrolled for Journalism and Media studies a couple of years ago. Due to financial problems I failed to pay for the coarse. Years later DMC on behalf of Dameline contacted me to collect their funds which i made arrangements with them and I m still paying them currently. Since i am about to finish the payment I called Dameline student line to inform them that I wanted to complete my coarse and an unidentified lady at the other end told me it was not possible. i even suggested paying the difference thus if the coarse price has changed but she told me it wont happen. Now i wanna know if this is a fair practice and why I am paying Dameline because I don't even have the certificate with me.
