Attitude and making client feel worthless

We have been having some financial difficulties lately. We were handed over to Legal Dep of JDG. We had received calls from them daily (harassment) even though payment arrangements were made with our Primrose branch. The gentleman who kept calling us from the Legal Dep has absolutely NO client skills, and has NO respect either, when we explain our situation, he constantly said that it was unacceptable, and they want to come and reposes our "goods". He gets extremely rude and has a very arrogant attitude when you try talk decently to him, my fiance had told him that we can only afford X amount and he says that "its not my problem, im coming to fetch my "goods" TODAY", My fiance had told him that he knows his rights, and this guys said straight " oh, you know your rights, thats what you think, i will come fetch my stuff right now" He also slams the phone down in our ears while we still talking, he makes a person feel worthless and stupid. I think his name is Shimani, he is in the Dep with Nomvula. We made a payment yesterday, and he tells us, "its not enough" and "when are we paying again" we told him we will make another payment end of the month, then he slams the phone down. UNHAPPY
